Returns & Replacements

  1. Upon receiving your order, you have 24 hours within which to inform IslamicBookshop.co.za of any errors/discrepancies/returns. An email must be submitted to info@islamicbookshop.co.za detailing the exact nature of the problem/s. Should we not receive communication via email within 24 hours of receipt of your package, it will be assumed that there are no returns/errors/defective products.
  2. IslamicBookshop.co.za will not reimburse incorrect orders submitted to us or allow changes/exchanges unless the error is on the part of IslamicBookshop.co.za
  3. IslamicBookshop.co.za will not exchange or refund products which have been damaged/altered due to an action of the purchaser. This includes ironing, normal wear and tear, storage of products etc.
  4. In the event of a product being returned, postage costs are for the account of the purchaser unless the return is as a result of an error on the part of IslamicBookshop.

Q: How do I purchase from IslamicBookshop.co.za?

A: Purchasing from IslamicBookshop.co.za is done by selecting the items you wish to purchase from our website. Simply click, ‘Add to Basket’ and once you are, simply checkout. You will be asked for relevant details and will receive order confirmation at the email address you supply us with. We will despatch your order once we receive confirmation from our bank of full payment in our bank account.
